Who is subject to competitive forces? Who has the privilege to be shielded from competition? https://padlet.com/s_m_camacho_felix/inclusion_QnA/wish/301975020 I think that exams sat by students are competitive and entry to PhD programmes perhaps but in my experience , as I've moved up the hierarchy I have found myself enjoying opportunities in a less and less competitive meritocratic basis.
