I think years of contrails, and the more recent years of Chemtrails has caused this reaction, and our trees are dying from it. Perhaps independent studies void of governmental duress, threats, manipulations, would show this with soil, water, and ring samples.

Artificial weather modification through the use of chemicals can impact us by reducing water supplies, causing dry snows, less rainfall, changing agricultural crop production cycles, reducing crop production, and water availability. Since most experimental weather modification programs use chemicals released into the atmosphere the public could be subjected increasingly toxic or unknown substances that could adversely impact agricultural crops and trees, not to mention our personal health. Global dimming and persistent contrails and Chemtrails that produce man-made clouds, may have serious impacts on crop production, trees in our forests, and our trees on our private property, and Idaho’s Whitebark Pine. The dead and dying trees all around us are being attacked by beetles, and we have a tender box sitting waiting for the lighting strike to ignite and off she burns.

Investigations and inquiries on the state level and above are being ignored and chemtrail spraying is being denied at the highest levels of our government. The only way to halt chemtrail toxic spraying on us is for the general population to wake up and demand that it stop.

The people of California need to:

Demand public investigation of Chemtrails spraying in California
Demand an immediate cease to all chemtrail spraying until we know the short and long term effects of Chemtrails on the general population
Introduce legislation to create “No-Chemtrail Spraying Zones” in California.
Give immunity and protection to anyone willing to blow the whistle on chemtrail operations.
Boycott products made by any companies who make or produce chemtrail related products.
Identify who is responsible for allowing us to be sprayed on the city/county/state/global level.
Demand that each city/county/state be given a 72 hour warning before spraying so people can choose to protect themselves
Demand an explanation for chemtrail spraying on the city/county/state/congress/senate levels and do not accept the denial that spraying is going on.
Prosecute anyone who continues to aid these illegal chemtrail operations and hold those companies responsible that produce toxic chemicals, toxic metals, biological toxins, and any other submicron particles that cause chemtrail related diseases that affect the general population.

About 300 people gathered at Shasta County Board of Supervisors meeting and talked for nearly four hours about the idea that the government geo-engineers, or manipulates the environment, using substances spread by planes.

According to KRCR-TV, “The contamination issue is a public health hazard,” Dane Wigington said, leading a presentation at the meeting. “And we believe that disclosure is necessary, required and that’s all we’re asking, is disclosure of the heavy metal contamination and the UV issue. That’s what we’re asking for.”

It is a grassroots movement inspired by a similar group in Ashland, Oregon. Shasta County’s goal is to pass an ordinance similar to the one that is currently in the approval process in the courts of Maui. The premise is that nothing can be sprayed over the county without first conducting an environmental impact study, submitting it for approval and receiving approval to spray. Pollution and contamination of the land, air, and water supply is unacceptable because of the adverse effects on the health, safety and welfare of the people of the County and the natural environment, especially when the effects and reversibility are unknown.

Presentations from concerned members of the community have been made to the Shasta County Air Quality Board and we now need to follow this up.” Shasta Clean Skies is a group of Mt. When a free people no longer have a say in the air that they breathe, they are no longer free. Think about it, someone or some group of persons, non-elected, now have the power over the air we that we breathe in on a daily basis. They are now deciding what to put in the air and therefore are affecting our overall health and wellness. This means that we are potentially “one spray” away from a potential disaster that could kill/contaminate everyone in the U. S. and all NATO countries. What will happen if an enemy country gains control over these toxic sprays? If you see a chemtrail above your head you are now at risk?

Hello everyone!

This is a hot topic in my community and I thought by bringing what is going on in my community might get your attention. Chemtrail are not only affecting Redding, but all over the world. This issue is going before legislation to change what can and cannot be seeded over our county.

My goal is to create awareness of what the government and private organizations are doing to our breathing space and agriculture. I drive up and down highway 299 east, every day about thinking how beautiful our National forest is until I look up and see fake clouds invading our air space and used as a dumping ground for chemicals.
