The reason is that there is not an abundant supply of water for the people living in Singapore.

as there will be no water for us to drink and to hydrate.

dehydration will eventually lead to death as we need to drink water.

Some factors that may affect it is that the weather is hotter so we drink more water and refill our bottles more often.

We can bring bigger bottles so we do not have to refill often.
