In this video, Breanna Leininger of Pacific Customs breaks down what NAFTA is, as well as its purpose. This video contains information that would prove as useful for anyone who doesn't quite understand what NAFTA is.

One of the facts that I found particularly interesting was although it was established in 1994, talks of NAFTA extend back to 1979.

What I found most interesting about this image was that Mexico is Canada's fifth leading trade partner, even though it is part of NAFTA.

Though U.S. President Donald Trump believes that NAFTA is responsible for a loss in US jobs, I believe that NAFTA is important because it accounts for most of the trade between Canada, the US, and Mexico. Sending jobs to other countries is how the things we buy today can be imported and sold at such cheap prices.
