So - we celebrate Tu B'Shvat by eating fresh fruit and nuts; Apples and honey for Rosh Hashana; each writes a bday greeting to a different member on staff; we always celebrate the end-of-the-year by going out together.

Then we have something to eat (planned a head - breakfast or lunch) depending on when the meeting is held. We sometimes invite the principal or other teachers at school who always help the English staff in different activities to join us for breakfast.

The week is very intense and sharing feelings and sometimes frustration helps unwind.
