         <description><![CDATA[<div>“Long-held hatreds of neighbors could now be openly expressed, and vengeance taken, despite the Bible’s charitable injunctions.” (Pg.7) I chose this quote because I feel it shows how people weren’t just accusing those whom they genuinely suspected or feared, they were using it as a way to make others suffer, even though the entire town revolves around the ways of the Bible, which supports love and kindness.</div>]]></description>

The sentence tells you that there’s drama in the next chapters but doesn’t give any other detail on how or when and I think it helps add suspicion to oncoming text. <br><br></div>]]></description>
