         <title>How do you track students&#39; long-term progress from EC to college completion when community college students are known to frequently change institutions and programs, stop out and restart, etc. DESE data and DHE data are traditionally not well connected, and if we add students changing postsecondary institutions multiple times, I can see long-term tracking being a real challenge. </title>
