         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Sagor, Richard. (1992). How to conduct collaborative action research. ASDC publications. Alexandria, VA. <br><br>Sagor claims that "teams that began their work with a clear idea of what they are studying and why they are studying it tended to find the motivation to complete their work."<br><br>I personally feel that Sagor is correct because I don't have a clear focus as to what I want to research. I know I want to go in depth with technology, but I need to narrow my focus down. <br><br>Additionally, Sagor also claims that "research should be tied to what you want to do and not what you have to do." <br><br>I am eager to research the impact of technology and the pros and cons that it has on classroom learning. I know that my eagerness to assess my findings and share what I have learned on technology in the classroom will encourage me to tackle a major issue all teachers are having with their students. <br><br>Mills, Gregory. (2018). Action researcher: A guide for the teacher researcher. Pearson Education. Sixth Edition. Boston, MA. <br><br>Mills advises action researchers to steer clear of "premature actions" and making rash or hasty decisions based on being inexperienced or inadequate to interpret the data or decisions based on limited data. <br><br><br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
