I have been working in many international projects in my school but I have never created a project on my own. Today I got theory, great project ideas and examples about project writing so I believe I will have the courage to start create international project in my school. I learned that project starts with needs analysis for community, continues with an idea from one person, but then comes the most important part. Set goals, concrete objectives, make strategy. These are the parts where one person's idea grows with involvement, creativity and support from your school teachers, pupils and other project participants. Nice combination. We are not living easiest times to do international work in our schools. But it makes it even more important, especially for students. Now it is so meaningful to let them see that we all leave in same world together and we can’t be afraid each other. Today I hace learnt that when creating aour school international policy we can not forget that one of the priorities should be to promote teachers’ professional development.
