Effective teaching and learning can be monitored and noticed by our wards interest in studying the respective subjects. Off late there has been decreased interest in the same since kids have to rely on mugging up or learning everything from their text books with no possibilities of expressing their understanding in their own words. There has to be a little leniency. 
2. There is too much of homework being given. This makes the child spend all of the time on books with barely any time for play making the child have least to no interest in wanting to do any more school work. 
3. Children are currently carrying their laptops as well as text books to school. This is only adding more pressure on carrying extra weight to school. this is in no ways making studying more interesting since they have now to open not just their text and note book but their laptops as well. thus making way to stray from the subject and browse on other sites

2. Report card comments on each subject  stating the areas improved and the ones that need improvement.
3.Reinforcements to be given without any delay for any small  effort each child has achieved in academics,sports,arts, etc.This will surely motivate a child's interest for the subject.

2. Every student 2 to 3 per day has to give a lecturer talk and has to be monitored how they do it. It will help and encourage them to give more interest in the subject.
3.teaching should be more fun to the kids to accept it like through video clips actions etc...
4.Practicing a sentence daily which is commonly used and ask the children to teach the same to their parents too. And give some rewards to the best performing student every week.

*Students graph can be put up in class so that they can know where they stand and which area they need to work on.They can see their own progress and find it motivating to make the line go up.

*A period can be alloted in a week throughout the year for giving training on external exams like ASSET, IBT,Olympiad etc and not just when the exams are round the corner.

*For Arabic I would suggest two classes in a week for spoken Arabic and rest of the days for the books.The topic of discussion for spoken Arabic have to be informed earlier so that the children can look through the words related to that topic and come to class prepared .

1. Children to be given class oriented exercises and to be monitored by Arabic teacher for their progress in Arabic.

2. Main concern for students not knowing the meaning of Arabic words in English and vice versa which is to be practised regularly.

3. If students  mainly concentrating the studies in Arabic, there should be one session in every day for spoken and written Arabic classes.

4. School may try to keep same teacher for same class for full academic year so that teacher knows the progress of each student in their studies.

1. Teachers should be mainly concentrating on teaching, and some another set of teachers for other administrative works which will give teachers plenty time for teaching the students.

2. Inspection should not be given additional work and  all the time school to be prepared, ie. there is no preinformed Inspection to the school, and it is a continous process.

3. Home work completion to be monitored and feedback is given by class teacher, correction can be done by other students of same class and they can discuss for individal mistakes only for improvement.
