A window open, sunlight streaming through,
A moment of quiet, the past slipping from view.
I leave behind what was once my guide,
For a future unseen, where new dreams reside.

The garden of yesterday, with its flowers and tears,
Gives way to horizons that stretch far and clear.
What was cherished, a favorite memory,
Transforms into lessons for the new journey.

Stepping out of the shadow, into the sun’s embrace,
I welcome the chance for a new path to trace.
Life's full of endings, but beginnings too,
And this bright sunrise invites me to pursue.

In the garden of my past, I stumble,
Every step is a struggle, every memory is a rumble.
A window ahead, sunlight barely in sight,
Yet the weight of doubt dims the bright.

The garden, once a place of peace,
Now, it feels like chains that never cease.
The window whispers of something new,
But fear grips me tight, what can I do?

Each step forward feels like a fall,
New beginnings come with a hefty toll.
Through the window, into the fight,
I wrestle with shadows, seeking light.

Tangled paths and a heart full of dread,
Leaving the garden, tears quietly shed.
Struggling onward, no end in sight,
I cling to hope in the faintest light.
