         <description><![CDATA[<div>To help keep my stress levels down, I try to do all of my homework in class, so I don't have to worry about it interfering with my after-school activities. When there's too much homework and not enough time, I'll do it as soon as I get home. I also try to avoid situations that I know will be too stressful.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Individual choices we make include the people we hang out with, the activities we are involved with and how we chose to deal with our feelings. For example, when we hangout with people who support us and lift us up we will feel happy. If we are with people who don’t treat us nicely or make us feel bad about ourselves it can bring down our self esteem. Activities can range from sports to drinking and smoking. If we are doing lots of physical activity and participate in team sports, we are letting out endorphins which lowers stress. If we are doing things like smoking it makes us more stressed and has been proven to cause mental illnesses. Finally how we chose to deal with our feelings affects our mental health. If we use coping strategies and recognize the problem so we can get help, we will feel better than if we don’t try to fix our problems. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I make a lot of choices to reduce my stress and improve my mental health. I like to organize my thoughts and plans by making schedules and to-do lists, which makes me feel less overwhelmed. I talk to my friends as another way to organize my thoughts and rationalize them. I listen to music and take deep breathes if needed. Something we all do when we stress is overthink things, so I find that making my schedules and to-do lists helps me to realize my stress is mostly irrational.</div>]]></description>
