Piggy, in the novel, never wanted to hurt anyone or have anyone be hurt believing that no one has a bad wolf in them. For example, when Piggy doesn't want to face the truth that Simon was murdered, Piggy still hoped that there was a good wold inside the "savages".

I believe that Ralph would mostly agree with this parable due to his experience with the other kids on the island. Ralph can probably understand how when all the kids gathered on the beach for the first time they had a clean slate and a chance to find productive ways to survive. As the book goes on, Ralph doesn't feed his evil side. He mostly stays the same as he used to be;trying to be helpful and fix situations maturely, etc... As he decided to not feed the bad wolf, he could easily see the other children such as Jack and his tribe start to turn violent, controlling and overall, feeding the bad wolf.

He has seen how Jack and Ralph have changed since being on the island and have each headed toward the evil and good sides of their internal fight.
