E.g. "we walk slowly, we are tired from searching for evidence", • "we had a good breakfast, we walk with small and quick steps", • "we are fasting, we walk with round shoulders like sick people' etc. We are focusing on the fact that proper nutrition provides "fuel" to live

Each school makes a poster piece and at the end all the pieces are joined together.

Each group discusses what the poster will contain, what materials will be used and tasks are assigned.

On paper meter, a double entry table is created with the names of all and their type of physical activities they participated in over a week. The following is a comparison of the physical activity of each student with that which proposed in the relevant pyramid. Students rank themselves in terms of the frequency of their physical activity (e.g. active,).

Discussion reflection on the habits that should be changed to increase their physical activity and reduce their sedentary lifestyle. Upload photo of the double entry table.

Each new group (cereals, fruits-vegetables, dairy, meat, sweets) is looking for information watching relevant video on the computer and taking notes. (Each group will propose the videos)

4. The activity : The teacher picks up a card. Τhe card shows a recycling bin, either for glass, paper or metal, or plastic. Depending on the card the  students have to work together and choose the route which will lead bee-bot to the picture of the waste that should be put into the specific bin.
