  1. Part of Nicolas’s countries history started when a Spaniard became the first European to visit Uruguay and one part of my states history is when a lot of Texans wanted freedom from Mexico.
  2. Part of Austin’s state history is when a group of Native Americans settled in Blue Grass and noticed that the new grass had a blueish tint so that is how Blue Grass got its name where as another pat of my states history is when Texas’s army that is no more then 200 strong held back Mexico for 13 days.
 Part of History that is the same:
  1. Part of Nicolas’s countries history goes on around the same time as the Battle of the Alamo.
  2. Part Austin’s state history is simular because Blue Grass was named by Native Americans in 1853 around the same time Fort Worth was named by Gen. William Jenkins Worth in 1849

  1. In Nicolas’s country they like to hold annual fairs and they also have museums and theater just like we do hear.
  2. In Austin’s state they also have a cool museum and they also have cultural music like Guam and most of Texas.
Things that are different:
  1. Nicolas and his home town have a poem that is really cool and i don’t really know any really cool poems that are partially cultural.
  2. Austin and his towns music revolts around the Mississippi River and ou music is normal that i know of.

I also learned a lit of different things about different states in the USA like what kinds of foods different people eat and about their culture and history.
