Despite including the target language in the video, I highly suggest not reading or memorizing scripts since it does not let us assess your oral production. Remember the aim of this block is to improve speaking skills and to sound as natural as possible. 

 

Review how to pronounce the following words: shared, tourist, worried, and killed. Pay attention to the following grammar topics as well:

 

1. Articles: “I ‘m in one of the most popular supermarkets in United States”

2. Prepositions: “I guess people from Orlando and tourist are in safe”

3. Wrong words: “How you can see…” “The storm was kill” 

 

As I wrote on your partners’ Padlet, reading can help you become more fluent, but it will not let you work on being spontaneous.

I memorized some information because I read many times my ideas, and to started I was confused.

My idea to talk about Colombian woman didn’t work, I forgot the words. L

I think I spoke fluidly and my ideas were clear. I organized the ideas to talk about everything about Lida, including the person who she admires. 

I noted a mistake, when I said “which increase her experience” I should have said “which increases her experience”.

I have a doubt about the correct form to talk about “Master’s degree”, I’m not sure if I said it correctly. 

I need to practice more linking sounds and to be as spontaneous as possible. I’m trying to improve it now.
