         <description><![CDATA[<div>One piece that really stood out to me is how depending how you engage and “assign” a consequence, it can reinforce the behavior you are trying to replace or not have reoccur. Face value it seems like an “oh duh” type thing, but combining that information with what I now know about the 4 functions, it was a moment that did change how I think about consequences. It made me think of so many of my students and how I currently assign consequences, and things I’ll do differently moving forward! - Emma </div>]]></description>
