         <description><![CDATA[<div>Anxiety is a very natural concept that has existed since the times of cavemen. The well-known "fight or flight" response is closely connected with anxiety. But now in modern times, humans may feel anxious when working, taking a test, making a decision, or performing other daily activities. According to "Healthline", it's defined as the body's natural response to stress. This means that we shouldn't be afraid of being anxious or stressed as it may be positive for everyone and their development. Like how there is healthy stress, also known as acute stress or short-term, there's also beneficial anxiety. We should also keep in mind of toxic stress and anxiety behaviors that harms the body and mind.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Beneficial anxiety, also can be referred as "eustress", can keep people motivated and looking forward towards the life and the next day. Anxiety can be seen as warning signs that a person needs to heed. This brings light to situations that are the root of the anxiety and were dismissed as they weren't seen as so. In this way, anxiety brings much-needed changes to one's lifestyle for the better. A few other positives of anxiety are that they drive people to their goals, warn them of incoming dangers, help some become more empathetic and understanding, and improve leadership skills by careful scrutiny of the situation.<br><br><a href="https://www.twenty20.com/photos/62034987">https://www.twenty20.com/photos/62034987</a></div>]]></description>

Anxiety disorders involve more than temporary worry or fear, the anxiety doesn't go away or it's long-term, and said disorder can get worse over time. The several types on anxiety disorders include generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and various phobia-related disorders. It's reasonable for stress to stem from fear as people may become unwilling and afraid to face their paramount challenges.
