This decision won't solve the welfare needs for them. According to their demands, they urge for permanent posts with more reasonable salary and benefits like other government jobs. Don't surprise if more doctors choose to secure job in the oversea soon. As a result, our healthcare system will become more terrible especially during the pandemic. In fact, the doctors are first line defence to combat the pandemic. I were told by headmistress at my school that the laptop given by Tabung CERDIK merely for Form 3 students, although such condition is never stated in the Tabung CERDIK or MOE's website. Revive TVET within current uni structure. STEM should be given upmost important to make our young kids competitive advantage in 5 years time. 

From the current track we are definitely losing to Indo and Vietnam. Dont even mention Singapore. Not even our league. We are far inferior. 

The budget should address this education and skill gap.

In fact, this is totally unfair for B40 husband and wife who are working together, but once their income are combined they are disqualified. I don't mind the single people category isn't included for this Budget because their burden are not as huge as the people who have family. Why not make BKM conditions same like BPR and BSH? I meant cost of living and property prices keep increasing year by year. But the government merely revised the minimum wages for (1) time within 64 years of combination between Persekutuan Tanah Melayu, Sarawak and Sabah. It's truly difficult for the B40 people category purchasing house because most of the house price at RM200,000 and above. The most affordable house for them should be RM100,000 and below. If USA implemented $15/hour whereas UK is $9.25/hour, why not Malaysia? In fact, our minimum wages should be RM3,200 to reduce income gap between rich people and poor people.
