They are taking a stand against old world ideas and while respecting them, making positive moves forward so that others behind them can have a better outlook on the world. By thinking straight and developing clear ideas, their honesty will build a passion within them that will never die out. Our job is to help this youth of today by guiding them down their own individual paths and then getting out of their way to let them experience all the world has to offer.

They may have achieved a different learning outcomes for the same activity. So as a teacher it also enhances our understanding of the students and planning activities that will be more meaningful.

In your CAS experience, the next 18-months will allow you to challenge yourself, explore something new, and then reflect constantly on what you are learning. At the end of your experience you'll be able to look back and see how much you've changed, and how that change will carry you throughout your life! Knowing that you can and will change, and are able to grow as a learner and individual.
