I like to learn about fitness and about the differences about before and about now also the alcohol part and about smoking and bad things he can't do when we are old or like now when we are kids.

The expectations of this class are that we are going to know more things about eating healthy and what is good and what is bad for us and for the human body and also we have a new things that is that also about alcohol and what can we constantly drink when we are older

Some new content that I would like to learn would be in life skills how to solve cuts, burns, rashes, and any type of drills to solve dangerous things that can happen in the house.
