Minsan tumitingin ako ng uniform ng bata pero Hindi pa Ako sure kung bibili Ako. Pagkatapos niya pinatingin mga paninda niya at sabi ko babalik Ako, nagalit na siya at sinabing pinagod pa daw siya. Hindi na Ako bumalik sa kanya at bumili sa kabila.

Bad customer service yung kulang yung product na binigay na nasa box tapos pag nag complain ka, Bibilhin mu yung kulang pa. Magbabayad ka pa dahil naka sealed daw box at di nila alam yung nasa loob kung kulang or complete set. Office table sa betterliving.

KFC- walang consistency sa priority lane nila kung kelan aq na sa harap nia papalipatin ka dulo ng regular lane. walang signage.

Back to back trip yung ticket namin, Bacolod to Cavite and Cavite to Bacolod. Nung pauwi na kami, nilipat pala kami ng aircraft last minute and ang sinasabi lang nila is forfeited na daw yung ticket namin. Ang nakakalungkot pa, mas inis pa samin yung counter ng air asia sa airport and ayun di ako nakasakay pauwi.

Diamond hotel - ang ganda ng services nila at talagang friendly lahat ng staff (i-ggreet ka ng mga staff everytime na masalubong o makita mo sila sa hallway)

Bad service: Jollibee (last wk), expired na daw yung Happy Plus card namin. I inquired kung pwede i-transfer ang pts to new card. So we bought new card, pero di sinabi ni cashier na need to purchase the new card first so that our purchase that day will count in the new card's points. Pinagsabay ko ng transaction un card and food purchase. Small pts but service counts a lot
