         <description><![CDATA[<div>To begin the first was named Dalton, he showed how the different substances broke down into the same elements to make carbon dioxide. J.J Thomson was the one who discovered the Electron. Ernest Rutherford explained how atoms consist largely of empty space with a few electrons with most mass being in the center(Nucleus). Niels Bohr stated how the electrons orbit the nucleus at a fast energy and distances but they would go in waves. Werner Heisenberg explained how it is impossible to determine what the exact position and speed electrons can be. </div>]]></description>

How they do is when the different atoms shift between energy levels, they absorb and release energy in forms of specific wave lengths of light.
