This was a fun project to do. I really enjoyed researching about Alan Fletcher. This project was an interesting project because I got to learn some cool things about a famous graphic designer. The hardest part of this project in my opinion was the photoshop portion of it. Photoshop was a little confusing for me to figure out. Once I figured out how the app worked it became pretty easy. Overall the project was not a very hard project to get completed. I learned a lot about using the paintbrush tool which I feel like will be very useful with future projects.

Pattern Making

This project was pretty simple. This project was pretty simple once I got the first two shapes connected because we just had to command J and drag until we filled up the entire page. I actually enjoyed this project because I thought it was cool that we could make a pattern out of just one letter. I would like to do more projects like this one. Then when it came to the second one I got it done really easy. It was a very simple pattern.

Donut Design

This was not my favorite project. I wish we would have done a different type of project. I kind of got bored of creating donuts. By the third donut it also got hard to figure out what designs to do. The last donut was my best and favorite donut.

Logo Parody

I found this project very hard. I probably could have picked some easier logos to change. If I were to do this project again I would definitely choose different logos that would be easier to change. I would not personally choose this project to complete if I had a choice.

I really enjoyed this project. It was super simple to me. I really liked that we could download the fonts instead of having to recreate the fonts. I hope we are able to do more projects like this one. I would definitely do this project again.

Study of Fliers

This project is my favorite one we have done. I thought it was super fun that we got to create our own fliers for art club. I wish we would do more creating for things around the school. My favorite one I did was the first one because I really like the colors that I used. I really liked how the whole thing tied together.

Zombiewood

This project was so hard. This is my least favorite project we have done this year. What made this project so hard is that the teacher was not here to help. It was also hard because some of the videos were very outdated so the tools were not there.

Movie Poster Parody

I did not enjoy this project very much. I don’t like doing parodies. It was kind of hard to find the fonts that matched the movie title fonts. It was also hard to find/ take pictures to recreate the movie cover.

Famous Ary Parodies

This project was a fairly easy but wasn't my favorite. I am not a huge fan of doing parodies. I hope we do not have to do parodies anymore. If I had to pick a favorite it would have to be the 1st one. Even though her face does not match the coloring exactly.

This was a super fun project. I enjoy creating stuff like this so that is why I enjoyed this project so much.

I like the way my design for the truck looks. I think it would look a little better with the menu on the side with the window to make it look less plain.

I did a double exposer on this piece and I really enjoyed it. I had a lot of fun when designing this.

REFLECTION

I learned a lot about photoshop during this semester. At the beginning of this class I had a very hard time with photoshop but towards the end I finally got the hang of it. My most favorite project was creating the graduation ticket. If I had to recommend a class to someone I would highly recommend this class. I am so glad that I took this class I feel like I learned a lot in such a short amount of time.
