     My purpose for this topic is to spread awareness for women to make a change on their hygiene products during our monthly cycle and help them find alternatives on products to make it zero waste.

    - How menstrual products like napkins and tampons affects our environment.
    - Why is it important to   have a zero waste lifestyle during our monthly cycle. 
    - What are the alternative products you can use to have a zero waste period.
