         <description><![CDATA[<div>It was a very interesting task for me because I think it is a way of scaffolding my own professional development.<br>I needed a specific objective, as well as the basic knowledge about teaching processes (scaffolding) in order to understand what happened in that lesson: <strong>English Level 3 - Topic: Routines and Past events.<br></strong>I&nbsp; felt identified with some of the procedures that the teacher followed but I also learned specificly a strategy for the few learners&nbsp; could work while the rest of the students arrived: They started to write about what they did in the morning and then they shared that information with the missing students at the beginning of the lesson.<br><strong>STRATEGIES:<br></strong>Getting ready: T. asked to write activities they did in the morning.</div><div>MODELLING: Paraphrasing (by adding some further information).<br>GUIDED PRACTICE<br>Miming<br>Exemplifying<br>Kinesthetic: Word order<br>Taking advantage of highest level learner to help the lower level learners.<br>INDEPENDENT USE:&nbsp;<br>The students had to answer some questions about the routines implied in their professions careers.</div><div><strong><br></strong><br><br></div>]]></description>
