. The Indian elephant uses it trunk to breath, grab things, to spray water, and use it like a trumpet.

. They can crush animals if they walk on them.

. They eat only plants.

. An adult Indian elephant can eat 300 pounds of food a day.

. The Indian elephant can live around 60 - 70 years.

. There tusks are sturdy and part of them.

One of the biggest threats to the Indian elephant is humans because, we poach for their tusks and take away their forest. These animals don't have many threats from animals because the are big.

Don't buy ivory from people. Support conservation so they can get land back. Adopt an animal so they can get the help they might need. So find away to help the animals that can't help themselves.
