So, today my senior teach me how to check online travel agent booking. Usually we will receive booking by email. We have contract with for online travel agent that is agoda, booking.com, traveloka and expedia. Agoda is one of the frequent online travel agent that use by guest to book. First, i have to check the email if i had received any email from online travel agent i have to print out first then make a booking in system. After booked the room i have to wrote any special request from guest in notes so that my other colleagues can prepare a room as the guest want.
