Dear students, as you are well aware one of my favorite sports is mixed martial arts. Within the MMA world there are many fighting leagues and associations that are aired on television. Currently I only watch the most popular one everyone knows as UFC, otherwise known as “ultimate fighting championship”. I find this sport very captivating due to the intense unpredictability, the technicalities that go into fighting as well as the action that everyone enjoys. There are many things to consider when thinking about this sport. Which martial art interests you the most and why? Have you ever participated in combat sports? Share your thoughts on how dangerous MMA competitions can be for ones’ brain, and a couple strategies on how they can avoid being injured. ---126words
