In the past, phones were mostly made for making and receiving calls. They were big and bulky, and were installed in cars. In the 90's phones became more popular, but not many people could afford them because they were expensive. Phones were $600-$1200.

Cell phones will continue to change into the future. By the year 2030, Elon Musk is planning to launch a cell phone that will be able to change itself in thin air. Artificial intelligence will become more popular and will be seen more in the public and in houses

I chose this topic because I wanted to research how phones have change throughout time. I am excited to see how phones will change in the future and the new technology that will come out.

In the 1970s, mobile phones became more popular. Phones in the 1970 only had a two-way radio system that allowed people to communicate. Some of the phones weighed around 2.5 lbs and took 10 hours to recharge.

In 2022, foldable phones are becoming more popular again. Phones also have more than one camera. Multiple new phones will be coming out this year.

Phones were first invented in 1876. Alexander Graham Bell was one of the inventors of phones. At first, phones were telegraphs but throughout time changed to mobile phones which we have today.
