When we don't get enough sleep, we often turn to caffeine to give us that extra boost.&nbsp;<br>When we consume caffeine it disrupts the sleep/wake cycle. It reverses the roles of the sleep/wake cycle. After caffeine consumption we're more alert, and focused. </div>]]></description>
