I appreciate everything you do and everything you will do and I am SUPER proud of you for being able to get this job, because if anyone is going to be the most super popin fresh tech inovative awesome leading librarian the only person for the job is you. 8. She is a teacher of THOUGHT rather than a transmitter of INFORMATION.
9. "Classic avoident behavior."
10. Sarcasm so insightful you'll actually learn something.
11. She's good at faking enthusiasm as needed.
12. She's even better when it comes to actual enthusiasm.
13. She was okay with me unintentionally extinguishing the library.
14. Have you ever heard of the heaven on earth that is “LibraryPalooza”?
16. She’s not afraid to correct someone’s grammar on Facebook…
17….and real life.
18. She’s let me print out 80 pages of a plotless story series- twice.
19. Book club.
20. Anime club. 
21. (“Unofficial”) Creative writing club.
22. D&D club (we’ll forgive her for this one).
23. A significant lack of nasty beanbag chairs in the library.
24. A significant surplus of sharpie markers.
25. Legalizing weed(ing) for students.
26. Making a makerspace.
27. Making a space- a place where anyone and everyone can go and feel safe…

30. And most of all, welcome.
31. The Taft Genius Bar.
32. The bistro.
33. The tech crew.
34. Almost all of the books in the library (thank you, librarian before Bigler).
35. Letting me do library things I don't have the degree to do.
36. Letting me fully assimilate into library leadership in the span of, like, three days (seriously, who does that?).
37. Encouraging me to start a creative writing club, and...
38. to continue writing creatively,
39.“Because without her, my writing wouldn’t be showcased in this program.”
40. Encouraging me (and everyone else).
41. Free pizza- to make open mic night much more bearable.
42. Making open mic night significantly less bearable by allowing me to dance.
43. MORP, signed consent forms and all.
44. Having an awesomely infectious laugh.
45. Relaying all the library drama to me in hushed tones.
46. Cheetos and Lipton tea.
47. “Do you mind going out to my car to get this for me?”
48. Letting people sit on the tables so long as they don't hurt anyone doing it (it's highly likely with the library tables).
49. Establishing the TAFT LIBRARY CREW! Woot woot!
50. Giving me, and many others like me, a chance, because sometimes, a chance is all it takes.

You are one of the most enthusiastic people I met. You can always make some one smile. I hope you make tons of people smile at harlen. Thank you for having such a positive and inviting library for me to come to. Thank you for telling me to join the library crew when I was lonely at the beginning of the year. The only problem is that now most of my friends are seniors, but that's ok because not all of them are seniors. There has only been one other teacher to pull off the amazing feat you did. That feat was leaving a long lasting impression on me while only having me for one year. And when I say long lasting I mean you've inspired me to be awesome and I will tell people that and if I'm ever listing teachers I've had or talking about them you will be mentioned and I won't ever forget your name.
