how much discipline you get from it

My passion is Karate.

It is more than a mere interest because of how long I’ve
been in it. I’ve been in karate for about 5 years.

Other people need to know is that you have to be focused and
have a lot of discipline to know what I had to face to get through this.

I think the discipline part of this is what is most
important. Without discipline to the master and discipline to yourself then you can’t get anywhere in life especially in karate.

Balance is a physical, and mental attribute that is developed as a result of
karate training. Balance in the physical sense is acquired by performing drills
that make you aware of what your body is doing while in motion. Balance as a
mental characteristic is developed as you use karate as a mental skill.

is not just defending yourself, its also to have fun. I joined karate

not because i wanted to defend myself but becuase i thought

it would be fun. Turns out it is really fun to me and the other kids.

even the instructors love to teach and they love when we make

progress.
