    • Bliss's relationship with fabio, she had intimacy and commitment to some degree, but was lacking the passion which is where Ellanora came into the picture.

Those with these problems will often keep negative emotions locked up and try to face them alone.
    • Due to the household environment she was raised in, she never learned how to express emotional problems and would instead lock feelings up inside her. 
    • Internalizing problems is why she was not able to communicate with Fabio that she needed more passion in their relationship. She continues to work on the issue though as she wants to teach her children to communicate and express their emotions openly.
