The Wireless Festival is a music festival in England that takes place every year in London,
popular music artists travel from all over the world to take part in the
festival.

The people on stage and backstage at the festival have space for themselves and seats whilst the crowd (proletariat) had little space to themselves and were crammed into a small area compared to the capacity of people.

There was a definite divide illustrated by the stage set up

how there was 3 areas :

1) where the crowd was.

2) where the security was inbetween the crowd and stage.

3) The stage for perfomers & backstage

The music itself can be seen as the commodity being sold.

People were prepared to pay £68 for a single ticket. Profits

are clearly made by the people running the concert.

The food and drink were also sold at extortionate prices to add to the profit margin.

Music that is supposed to be an artform , has been turned into a purely money making scheme.

Artists themselves being exploited;selling music that is popular which the artist may not want to produce.
