         <description><![CDATA[<div>One thing I learned that helped keep positive emotions was playing online games with your friends and sometimes texting or contacting them.   Another thing I learned that helps increase positive emotions is to watch some TV with family and friends. Another thing i learned that helps with positive emotions is to watch some funny videos or play with a pet. One last thing that can help with positive emotions is to take some time alone, it is really good if you don't like being in large crowds or socializing. If you are tired from the day make sure you get enough sleep and if you didn't get enough sleep at night, take a short nap to regain your energy.</div>]]></description>
