ex; yogurt,eggs, milk
3. take notes 
-taking notes will help you focus because you have to listen to the teacher 
4.get rid of any other distractions
5. have a goal for the class 
-have a small goal so you know you can reach it.
6.avoid sitting with friends 
- all though you want to sit with friends they could be a small reason to why you cant focus.
7. participate in discussion
- staying active in the conversation minuses the distractions.  
8.sit up straight 
-posture helps you focus 
9.turn off your phone
-out of sight out of mind

Not because the teachers are boring! I find that I loose interest in things really fast. So these simple tasks help me stay a little more focused than usual. Phones are the biggest distraction to me even though they aren't allowed in class I make it a point to turn mine off and put it away.
