Malcolm Cowley

This is Malcolm Cowley he was one of the authors of the Lost generation. Cowley was born August 24, 1898 and departed his life  March 27,1989, was born and raised in Pennsylvania and have one son Robert Cowley. He got his education from Peabody High School and Harvard University. He has reserved many awards such American Academy of Arts and Letters Gold Medal for Belles Letters and Criticism, National Book Award for Autobiography  and many more.  He has wrote many books but one he was most famous for was the Exile’s Return and in this book he told stories about how life was and how did he make it doing the Great Depression which was a time period that affect everyone. The great Depression  was time period that had a effect on  everyone even the wealthy people and if you read this book he's going to tell you how he made it, His book was mostly known for being true and real life things he experienced . He also talked about how he hoped no one else would have to experience what he did   Other books he wrote were The Long Voyage, The View from 80, A second flowering, The literary situation, Blue Juniata and many other books.
