2006. I was born

I was born in the beautiful city of Popayán Cauca, on October 12th, 2006. It was a Thursday, and my parents were amazed because I had been born one month before, however, they had a lot of happiness, and were grateful with God for my arrival.

2012. I started school

I started school in 2012 when I was five years old. The school was called "Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria" and I remember that this year was happy for me, my mother was with me when I entered, and I felt glad, but after I began to miss my kindergarten friends; so much so that one day I slipped of the school and I went to the child care center.

2013. A nice gift

When I turned seven years old, I was in Piendamó Cauca in my aunt's home, and at my birthday party, my parents gave me my first bible with drawings, it was pink and gorgeous. I felt so happy and thankful to them because I dreamed of having a bible. I still have it. It was a nice gift for me.

2014. One of my firsts accidents

One day I was riding my bike, and I was going very fast, it was in the street in front of my school (Institucion Educativa la Alianza); suddenly I found a rock on the road and when I tried to avoid it I fell. I remember that day I felt terrified and in pain because I had a lot of blood on my face; I cried a lot and I shouted “¡Mom, mom!” running on the street until I arrived at my home; There my parents calmed me and made me recovery.

2016. A sad moment

On May 14th of that year, one of my uncles died, he was called Juan Varón. He was driving a motorcycle and a van mowed down him; that was in Piendamó Cauca. When I received the news, I felt so sad because he was a good uncle, I was filled with nostalgia for his death too, because he had two small children (a boy of 8 and a girl of 4 years old), and one young son, they were left orphaned.

2018. The happiest days of my life

On September 23 I was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, it was a beautiful day, I was 11. My baptism was in a river from El Tambo Cauca, I lived in a village of this municipality. When I was baptized, I felt indescribable joy and a lot of happiness for having made that decision. On October 20 I felt the Holy Spirit in my life for the first time. They were both very nice experiences.

2020. My brother was born.

This year, Gabriel was born in Cali Valle, on May 20 (He came one month before, like my sister and me). He is my younger brother, who arrived in the middle of the pandemic; when he was born my parents, my sister, and I were very happy, because always we had wanted to have a baby boy in the family.

He is 3 years old now, and together with my family we are thankful to God for him.

2022. My graduation of 11°

It was on December 1. I graduated in the school "Liceo Evangélico La Heroica". That day I had mixed feelings, on one hand, I was sad because I would have to separate myself from my teachers and friends (we got along well); But, on the other hand, I was happy because, thank God, my family was there, and I had finished my high school successfully.

2022. My favorite trip

On December 6th, together with my teachers, my school friends, and my mother, we traveled, and we did a tour for Hacienda Nápoles, Guatapé, La Piedra del Peñol, and Medellín for the farewell of 11°; this trip liked me a lot because I could spend time with them, also, I wanted to know some wild animals like the lion, the elephant, among others more, I knew it in the hacienda Nápoles; When it happened I felt very cheerful, however, this trip would have been much better if my father and siblings would have gone.

2023-2024. I got in at the university

I have lived in many places of the Cauca, actually, I live in Rionegro Corinto with my family until 4 years ago. On August 2023 I could get into the UNAD, I am of CEAD Santander de Quilichao. When I knew the news that I could get into the university I felt very happy and grateful to God and my parents because I wasn't sure if I could do it, but I had asked a lot of God in my prayers and God listened to me and answered to me too

Now I am very motivated to continue my degree until the end, trusting in the help of God and my family.
