The oldest roller coasters descended from Russian Mountains. In the 1850's a mining company in Summit Hill, Pennsylvania constructed the Mauch Chunk gravity railroad. In 1959 Disney Land introduced a new design breakthrough in roller coasters with the Matterhorn Bobsleds.</span></p>]]></description>
