         <description><![CDATA[<div>From 1992 to the present, the Curriculum, specifically in the Philippines, is more systematic and progressive&nbsp; compare to the previous era of education. It aims to promote self-discipline, love of the country, nationalism and patriotism and in becoming a globally competitive country.&nbsp;<br><br>The curriculum in the present is outcome and performance-based and it subjects to the need of our country to compete with the international standards of education. It also promotes skills such us; inquiry skills, scientific attitude, integration of knowledge and bilingualism. Moreover, the evolution of the present curriculum in the Philippines has something to&nbsp; with the international factors and emerging ideologies, science and technology.&nbsp;<br><br>Furthermore, our present curriculum is more diverse, flexible, and outcome and student-based oriented.</div>]]></description>
