         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>A contribuição que esta ação de formação lhe está a dar na prossecução das mesmas e como</strong>.<br><br></div><div>A ação permite-me fazer uma Selfie mais consciente das minhas capacidades e conhecimentos no âmbito das ferramentas digitais e sua utilização nas diferentes áreas, bem como a partir dai traçar objetivos de aprendizagem realistas que me permitam evoluir nas diferentes áreas uma vez que os resultados evidenciam um percurso de aprendizagem (Your digital competence level 100 Maximum score 192). Os resultados obtidos, mostram onde estamos e para onde devemos ir. No meu caso, estou numa fase de transição entre o integrador e o “expert”, por isso tenho MUITO a aprender, dai a importância de ações de formação como estas, que são bastante desafiantes, mas que nos proporcionam oportunidades de evoluir explorando uma série de ferramentas digitais que podemos utilizar na nossa prática profissional quotidiana.<br><br></div><div>O feedback dos pequenos textos são bastante ilustrativos e ajudam a perceber melhor o “ onde estamos” e as sugestões para melhorar são muito praticas e úteis por exemplo<br><br></div><div>“Drive innovation and change across your school by proposing innovative digital technologies to be used for teachers’ professional learning”<br><br></div><div><strong>&nbsp;<br></strong><br></div><div><strong>Qual o seu ponto mais fraco.<br></strong><br></div><div>A área em que obtive menor valor, 48%, é a área 1- professional engagement<br><br></div><div>Os resultados são traduzidos numa série de sugestões bastante úteis para melhorar as competências.<br><br></div><div>Try to identify the most typical communication needs in your organisation and analyse the affordances and limitations of available digital communication tools so as to select the most suitable and effective one(s).
