From as far as Bolivia and as near as Stanley, you have been my rock for these past few years. You may be younger in age, but your maturity undoubtedly surpasses every adult I know. You wake up every day not asking what you can do for yourself that day, but instead what you can do for others. Thank you always putting Stanley first, for quite literally bleeding green, and for just being the amazing person you are. You can definitely picture me writing this with straight up tears in my eyes :) The fact that someone can make me cry at just the thought of THINKING about having to write a thank you message (I don't know if that made sense but I hope so) is proof to how special you are. If light were a person, it would be you. The amount of love and brightness you bring to people's days is unmatched and you honestly inspire me every day to be a better person. Your strength, compassion, and kindness are just some of the MANY MANY MANY reasons why I love you (not your humor though. we've been over this. ugly.) so so much! Of course I had to pick this ugly photo because of our lack of pictures, but we will just have to take a million when I go on that 8 day walk to visit you. I literally do not know how I got so lucky, to have a big as GREAT as you. From the day we got paired until just yesterday when we were sending each other pictures and talking about our days, you have always been there for me. You are just the greatest blessing to walk this earth, I swear if I had a fairy godmother, it would be you because no matter what you were doing or how busy you were, you would not think twice about helping me with the tiniest problem. But the thing that astonishes me every single day is not just how much you care about me, but also how much you care for every other person on this planet, from the girls in Stanley to the people in Impulse you are always giving people 100% and I want you to know that all your effort and love does not go unrecognized. Rev once told me that "we rise by lifting others", if this is true, you are on a cloud right now because you bring out the very best in everyone. Keep doing what you're doing because you're doing everything right, but also remember to give yourself a break every once in a while because you deserve it. I love and admire how selfless and kind you are to literally every being both on and off campus. From my first day in Stan, you have always radiated with so much love and support. Even on the days that you were tired and maybe even not having the best day, you were always there to ask how my day is. I'm so so so thankful to have had such a caring and beautiful (both on the inside and outside) Stan Prez because you really set the example for how a Stanlady should be. I strive to one day be as kind and selfless as you are Queen. What I admire most about you is your never-ending and only exponentially growing dedication to make the largest impact whether that be in Stan, on campus, or simply in this world. I have never met someone as dedicated to the support and well-being of others as you are with literally every soul you meet. I'm incredibly happy for you to be a prefect in Lower, but I am so so so so sad to see you go. Little did I know how lucky I would become to be friends with you at Lville and have you as my STAN PRESIDENT! Danica where do I begin?! Well I guess from the beginning. I will never forget the moment when I turned around and found out you were my little sister in the hallway of Stanley. I didn't know that that was the moment I would meet the sweetest, most considerate, and bearer of my legacy. From our creepily similar Lawrenceville stories and your constant acceptance of my antics, there is no one else I would want to be my little sister. Words can't describe how much I will miss you at college (but knowing you, you would follow me there). But I know that wherever you go you are going to shine. This spring term we were supposed to go on TJ Dates, we were supposed to take more tendy photos, we were supposed to be the most dynamic big sis and lil sis duo to ever step foot on Lawrenceville. Besides maybe me, there is no one I know who loves Stan more (hehehe). You are truly a leader. Despite being my lil sis you have taught me how to be a leader. Everything you do you put your all into it. When you walk into a room, you instantly brighten it. There are certain people in life you never forget, and you are one of them. Oh how I wish I could have one of your hugs, even if i seem resistant nothing can replace an iconic Danica hug. You're actually the best person ever. I have missed spring term with you and Stan won't be the same next year. You are an unforgettable person and really have made such an impact in so many peoples lives. You always make other people smile and are always the smartest person in the room. I miss all of our long facetime calls and you calming me down before every single thing I do. You have always believed in me and supported me and it has really helped me transition into Lawrenceville. Danica, I have no clue where to start lmao. Let's start with you trying to explain your teapot allegory (is it an allegory? idk) to me and betsy. It was the funniest thing ever and it made complete sense. The teapot idea is a perfect representation of how fun, goofy and open you are. (OMG we have to go on another gingered-peach-tea-spilling date!) When they announced that you were going to be house president, I knew Stan was going to be amazing next year, which it was! You are the literal definition of a Stanimal. You are the sweetest person ever like I don't think their is one single bone in you that is evil. You bleed green and are one of the most spirited and energized people I know and you care for everyone in Stanley so much. You made everyone in the house feel welcome and like they are a part of the best house on campus. This year was such an amazing year to be in Stanley. You have done so much for this house: Stan Surprise, Jeopardy and so much more. I know everyone is saying this, but it is completely true: Stanley wont be the same without you. Stan will miss you so much and we all hope that you will come to our feeds on saturdays! I kind of want to keep this anonymous because I think it would be funny if you had to guess who this is.
First of all, thank you for being such an amazing (tried to underline "amazing", too, but to no avail) House President, and for also being such a great friend to me this year. Quite frankly, I don't know how or when we started talking and hanging out, but I know that was definitely one of the highlights of my year. Especially in the Q, I need my daily dose of Danica or else I would probably go INSANE, and I appreciate the scheduled blocks of time that you make for me in your iCal. Despite all of the crazy numbers of things that you do and the insane amount of people to whom you've made commitments, you still find a way to make each and every one of us feel special and heart. So for that, thank you!
I really am going to miss going downstairs to talk to Uli and you're already talking to her, and the days where we would take our impromptu trips to Starbucks and TJs. BUT I know that I will be knocking on Dawes's door almost every day dragging you to do something with me when I'm in senior housing!!

Hey Danica! I just wanted to say thank you for being the best Stan president and more importantly the best friend. I truly don’t know what I would do without you. I know that sounds cheesy but I seriously do not know what I would do without you. Once you entered my life, it changed for the better. You have taught me so much and I am forever grateful. You wrote on my present for Island School that I was the heart and soul of your stan experience and I think I speak for all of us when I say you have truly been the heart and soul of stan for all of us. DANICA!!! I am so so lucky to have been put in Stanley this year because not only did I get to meet you, but also have you as my president! You are such an inspiration, and even though you’re only one grade above me, I truly look up to you so much. You never fail to impress me with the many things you do on campus and how on top of that you are also able to organize 40 teenaged girls. You are also so caring and I really appreciate when you reach out to me and check up on me, even though you got so many things going on in your life. Even though this year we only ever went on one Starbucks date :( we MUST have more next year! Danica I would not have survived this year without you! You made me feel so welcomed into not only stan, but Lawrenceville! I remember the first day and how nervous I was, but after meeting THE BEST house pres ever, and making bracelets I knew stan was going to be my new home! Thank you being the absolute best president and person! Whether it be organizing house events, making signs for the day stud room, or making our hill day poster you truly make Stanley the best house on campus! Tbh we were #notclose before sdlc kinda AWK but I literally do not know how I did lville before that? Like truly what? Who else would i go and rant to abt my stupid problems or cry on the common room floor with or get #triggered by certain males in Seattle with? I miss being ~presentation partners~ for the quazy quazy teacher meeting and stressing out abt all the little things with u :) Dandan, I am going to miss u SO MUCH in stan next year. You are honestly the best friend and house president I could ask for. I remember being so nervous in the beginning of the year while adjusting to the house, but you were so welcoming and bright and showed me what it is like to be apart of the best house on campus. The love and passion that you have for Stanley is so inspiring—I feel like you truly embody what stan means to me: a place where I can be comfortable, my support system of caring friends and role models. The first night you came and checked in on me and Tesia, (haha I was like afraid of all the Juniors) you were so easy to talk to and chill and funny, I can genuinely say that I feel like I can talk to you about anything. You constantly reached out to us even when we weren't at school—especially during these hard times in quarantine, you made sure to keep in contact with all of us, helping me feel the warmth of stanlove that I was really missing. Because of you, I know that we can all stay connected even while miles apart (this pic is proof), and I am confident that, no matter what, you will have a huge presence in my life. You're so open-hearted and kind to those around you, and it makes an impact on more people than you know. thanks for always being there for us whenever we needed. Your kindness really goes a long way. You literally do so much sometimes I wonder how you still function. We are going to miss you SO SO much when you go to Dawes next year. They are lucky they are getting such an awesome and sweet person. Thank you for all you do, and I know you always made me feel welcome in Stan and made it a home. From just napping on the day stud couch with us or just being there to support and ask about your day. thanks for always checking up on me or just sending the nicest texts that just brighten up your day. You truly are the most devoted and selfless person I have ever met. I'm so glad to have been a fellow stan lady with you for these past two years. You are the best president ever, and no one could have done it any better. You put so much effort into bringing everyone together with all your big/little ideas and notes to everyone. Danica, you made me feel so welcome in Lawrenceville and the Unites States. The way you welcomed me into your family really made me feel included and part of the community. You've literally been like a sister to me- playing cricket and the board games at night during the Thanksgiving break really brightened up my holiday! Ok I hate that i waited till the last second to do this because I think it means that I’ll be at the top forever but honestly not suprised I was MIA living inside of ITM as you know I do. But as much as we all have our various activities, clubs, sports, and various commitments we dedicate our free time to, I have never met, nor has lawrenceville ever had a more dedicated leader than Ms. Danica herself. You are not president of stanley you are Stanley. I don’t even know what role we could say that you have because it you have never failed to go above and beyond anything a president could ever be expected to/ has ever done. You are simply the bestest, and I adore you. I keep wanting to say happy birthday but like it’s not ur birthday I’m j dumb but honestly it might as well be ur bday everyday the way we should be celebrating/ acknowledging everything you do for us. Danica--I feel so lucky that I was able to join the Stan Fam this year. And so so grateful for the opportunity to witness your compassion, empathy and care with all the girls in the house.
