One of them knocked down one of the soldiers with a rock to the face. Finally, the soldiers snapped. One shouted "Open fire!'' and they started shooting. They killed three people, and injured eight. Sure, we did kill five colonists, but they deserved it! They've been nothing but ungrateful brats since like, FOREVER!
We probably shouldn't have killed those colonists. I guess that we could have fired into the air to scare them off first, then shot them in the foot or something so they didn't die. They didn't need to call it a massacre though! They are so mean. All we did was throw some snowballs. Harmless, right? Sure, yes, we should have contained our anger a little better and settled this in a more peaceful manner, but you can see why we were angry! If they hadn't started shooting and making a big deal out of everything, it would have been fine. 5 people may not seem like a lot to you, imagine if you were friends with them, if they were part of your family. Seems like a lot more now, right? Did they have to bring guns into this? just because the british got a boo boo on there face from some rocks and snowballs doesn't mean they need to make a fit out of it.
