- The reason why I chose this video is because I thought that modern people who live under the influence of emotions need a way to cope with emotions.
This video explains how to deal with the guilt felt by immigrant children. The most important way to deal with guilt is to make sure that your inner values are determined by me or by someone else. I think this method is necessary not only for immigrants but also for teenagers and young people in Korea who are subordinate to their parents. I think teenagers and young people in Korea who are forced to live their parents' dreams, not their dreams, should think about what is the most important value to them. I think that's the first step in living a life for yourself.
