While keeping track of cash flow and inventory would be the obvious choices, I included the news and interest rates as that can strongly change the footing a business rests on. An example of the news affecting our finances would be, for instance, if, for whatever reason, our country's relations with a significant distributer such as China were to fall significantly, that could force us to change whom we supply ourselves from as the import of goods would spike in price astronomically, creating far worse margins for us. he reasons I brought up changing interest rates as they would have serious repercussions for our business aswell if interest is high then we would be forced to wait for it to lower to grow our company to minimize the rate dealt to us on any business loans/expenses.
