A lot of people have a beautiful family, house, a job, etc, <del>but</del>, nevertheless, they aren't happy. I suppose it's because they are thinking in the future and they don't realize the things that ARE around them and they can't enjoy them. So I can say that beING happy is living every moment and the rest will come afterWARDS.

In my opinion happiness is when we are grateful for all the opportunities we have, and what they teach us, that is to say that when we have an opportunity we take it, we observe and accept it as it is, since by accepting it in that way and realizing it; in the end we will feel pleasure for having done it. And that we do not rush to do things quickly but we take our time to do each one and enjoy them while we do them, since the others will come alone.

In short, happiness is not always being "on top", but going up, ordering, not stopping and enjoying what we get.

Where do we find hapiness? (Pilar López)

First of all, I think IT is necessary to mention that, at least in my opinion, hapiness is not a state. What I want to say is that you would never be able to be happy your whole life, as if it were a permanent way of living.
Anyway, this does not mean that hapiness can not be reached by anyone. This beautiful feeling can be found in every little moment shared with the ones you love, and the ones you appreciate most.
So hapiness is not a state, but<del> is </del>a moment. Happy moments are transformed later in happy memories. <del>Are</del> those memories, those happy moments ARE THE ONES you keep alive in your mind, the ones that will remind you what <del>is</del> happiness IS about, especially when you think you have lost the ability to be happy.

I personally believe that happiness is not only a feeling but a state of mind. When you are happy, you see life with other eyes. What makes ME happy, is my friends and family.I really enjoy every moment I spend with them.
There are a lot of people who are constantly pursuing happiness, and so they get caught up in a rat race. I think that the more relaxed you are, and the less you think about "being happy" all the time, the better you are going to feel.
I believe happiness is in the little things, like family reunions, you just have to appreciate them.

AsTHE man in the ted talk and the animated video expressed before, we don't need to buy everything , we don't have to have the best things, we doN't need to think constatly ABOUT what we need to be happy, we don't have to see other people`s belongings for after wish them, (NOT CLEAR...)we can think about the future happiness we may have but we doN't have to obsess with the desperate search of that, beCause all those things mentioned before distract us from the true happiness, the present. All those moments that life gives<del> to</del> us, enjoying those moments in all or any ways possible. There is the real happiness. It doesn't mean that you can't have your own<del>s</del> personal<del>s</del> stuff or your<del>s</del> beloved, because you earned it , you won it , or you <del>get</del> GOTit by your ways and making an effort but the<del>e</del>se things are accsesories that add up toHAPPY <del>happiness </del> momentS. Happiness is subjeCtive it is just a feelling that only yourself can make. That is the key to be really happy. The enjoyment of every moment and step in life.

Most of you may disagree with my point of view. Most of you may think I'm crazy. Most of you may think that money makes happiness... now, what is the difference between these two forms of happiness?
the difference between these two words is that money is valuable, but the feeling of being grateful for what you have, like family, friends, food, life... that's what makes us really happy, that's something priceless. because even with all the money in the world you can't buy anything of what I just mentioned.
So, if money made happiness, what would be the point of having a lot of money if you don't have anyone to share it with? Who would you share your happiness with?

(Ticiano Licarzze)
Nowadays, most of the people thinks in happiness as a material thing, but are they right?
In mi opinion happinnes is something that is give by your friends and your family. Furthermore, being greateful with the things we have is somthing essential because when we have something it may make us feel happy but only for a while but in the end it does not fullfill our deep feelings.
To sum up, happiness does not mean having the better things, happiness mean to enjoy what we have and apreciate all the little things that life gave to us, such as having a meal every day, or just express our feelings.

I believe happiness is that feeling that everything is good, when you are happy, you are also motivated, energetic, cheerful and so on. This state or this feeling is reached not only with material things, but also when we overcome ourselves, or achieve some objective that is very desired by us, or simply because one finds himself in good humor. It is really satisfying to be happy and to spread the people around you with that feeling.
