The Medtronic MiniMed 670G System consists of a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) that measures the user's glucose levels for up to seven days, an insulin pump that delivers insulin to the user, and a glucose meter used to calibrate the CGM. This device was approved on September 28, 2016 under P160017 for users aged 14 years and older. People live busy lives, and the majority of type 1 diabetics are school age. Having a tool that makes checking blood glucose levels and administration of insulin  convenient, definitely takes away some of the burden. My strategic strength will help me to plan for the unexpected, by initiating an alternate plan when roadblocks arise. One of the qualities of a learner is to be a quick learner. I need to be able to catch on quickly so that I can in turn teach others especially when there is a time  constraint. One with a restorative strength is a problem solver. My problem solving skills will help me identify things that need improvement and develop a plan to implement a change. Another one of my strengths is self-assurance. My self-assurance strength will help my to be confident in my decisions. Team members tend to trust leaders who are confident.

Fernando(Focus) - There will be direction given to the team and expectations to accomplish tasks. He will be excellent at taking directions and helping the team stay on track. Matthew(Maximizer)- I like to give my best when I work, and having someone with those same views will help the team produce good quality work.
Izzie(Input)- Someone who enjoys receiving and collecting information would be an excellent resource person for the team.
