It’s hard to put into words what it feels like to see you move on — not because I’m not happy for you (I am, so much), but because it marks the end of a chapter that started with both of us stepping into this journey together back in June 2023.

You weren’t just a co-worker. You became a part of my day-to-day rhythm — someone who understood the chaos, shared the sighs, celebrated the wins (big and small), and made even the longest days lighter. Knowing we were in the same program gave a kind of quiet comfort — like, “Okay, we’ve got this.”

Now, as you move into your new role, I want you to know just how proud I am of you. You earned this with your consistency, calm confidence, and that ability you have to just handle things — all with grace and quiet strength.

So here’s to your new chapter:
May your coffee stay strong, your new inbox stay manageable, and your ideas flow even brighter. And when it gets overwhelming — just remember, you've already done amazing things, and this is just the next level.
