I know that through such adversity it can be incredibly taxing on your body and mind, so I'd like to encourage you all to regularly take a few moments out for yourselves during the day and do something just for you. Whether it's doing some meditation, yoga, read a funny thread on reddit, catching last nights IPL highlights or just having a quick chat on teams with any of us.
